After an auction has finished it should not be necessary to have to go over details that have already been clearly stated so please be aware that the Terms and Conditions noted here and within the auction text are non-negotiable. If you don't like them, please don't bid.
On the other hand, if you don't understand something and require extra clarification, please ask questions now to avoid confusion or misunderstandings later. I try my hardest to reply to all questions, but this cannot always be guaranteed in the later part of the auction.

Buyer covers cost of packaging & shipping. All items are shipped in good quality packaging designed to preserve the contents during transit as I want you to receive the item in the best possible condition. The cost of supplying a shipping carton/protective packaging for the item comes out of the "packaging & shipping" cost I define in each of my auctions. Please note that shipping charges as found on Royal Mail/ParcelForce and other courier websites do not include the cost of a shipping carton/protective packaging etc. They also do not include the fuel cost of making a round trip to my main Post Office or the exorbitant local parking charges. Like most other Sellers on eBay, (notice I didn't say "all other Sellers on eBay") I make no money out of shipping charges and very often end up slightly out of pocket on them, but hey ho .............

Except in the case of some items where I use eBay's excellent pre-filled information, I provide descriptive text and good-quality photographs so you can make an informed decision about whether to buy or not. I sell only sound, complete, quality personal possessions that have been well looked after. I don't sell counterfeit goods of any type - all videotapes, CDs and DVDs are genuine original items.
Please bear in mind that it is not always possible to find or even to notice every mark or imperfection on an item (even brand new goods often have blemishes if inspected minutely enough), but I detail everything to the best of my ability and describe the item accordingly.
I don't sell shoddy, imperfect goods and I don't buy in goods just to sell them on. Because of the points just mentioned and the time it takes me to prepare the information I will not generally entertain any ideas about returns and refunds, but I'm a reasonable man and I try to ensure that my 'customers' are glad they dealt with me.
Please make payment in a timely fashion (preferably within 7 days of the auction finish). If you're not using PayPal, please contact me as soon as possible after the auction finish to advise me of your payment method. If you're bidding (or intend to bid) on other auctions of mine and you are delaying payment in order to combine items and reduce the total shipping cost please let me know also.
For a small extra cost I can offer Recorded Delivery for even the smallest and lowest value items (CDs, for example). Items ordered without Recorded Delivery (at least) are at your own risk once entered into the Postal System and I will not be held responsible for any loss of or damage to these items. If you're in the UK and you'd prefer to collect, please read this.
When I ship an item I inform the buyer and quote the estimated shipping time.

A note about the Christmas post: I always ship my items using a good, fast service but please don't hold me responsible for the slower deliveries that we always seem to suffer at this time of year (regardless of the service that is paid for) as it is totally beyond my control.
